I have been attending the Woking boot camp run by Roxy from Martial X Fitness, she’s so welcoming and I had never taken part in anything like this before. The session is really great for all different levels and she will alter the exercises for different levels during the session. Roxy is really encouraging and also gives us all great fitness advice in general. I have already seen a difference with weight loss and toning up since doing these sessions and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
